Our platform intends to create a one-stop solution for volunteering opportunities in Chennai. Our vision is to connect people who want to make a positive impact with non-profits that are in need of volunteers.
We are a team that is a part of the Chennai Hub of the The Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum. The Global Shapers Community is a network of inspiring young people working together to address local, regional, and global challenges. With more than 14,000 members worldwide, the Global Shapers Community spans 456 city-based hubs in 150 countries.
The Chennai Hub of India comprises a diverse mix of people — data scientists, IT professionals, public policy experts, entrepreneurs, climate change activists and social work enthusiasts. We intend to impact local communities through dialogue, action and change and believe in a world where young people are at the heart of solution-building.
